Erik Malchow
President / CEO
Erik Malchow is the President of Rural Health Alliance. With more than 30 years of experience in rural health care, Erik’s career has included senior-level roles in finance, operations, sales, marketing and business development on the supplier and provider sides of health care. Now, Erik is leading the company as it collaborates with like-minded health care providers to optimize their supply chain.
Erik is a graduate of Concordia College with a degree in Healthcare Administration & English.
In Erik’s free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating – anything outdoors!
Wendy Weegman
VP Client Service
Wendy Weegman is the Vice President of Rural Health Alliance. Wendy joined the company in 2011 and is dedicated to the hospital sector. Wendy has over 20 years experience in multi industry contracting. She's held senior level positions in manufacturing and distribution.  Wendy epitomizes integrity, energy, creativity, drive, and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing with her grandkids, and running marathons and tri-athlalons.
Chad Fullmer
VP Business Development
In his role as Vice President, Business Development. Chad Fullmer works closely with health care facilities to offer expertise in contract utilization and operational improvements, bringing consultative solutions to healthcare facilities. Fullmer has extensive C-Suite and Supply Chain Executive relationships and possesses a deep understanding of the current drivers of healthcare decision making. Fullmer is able to translate this knowledge into differentiated strategies that enable organizations to effectively save money, grow revenue and profitability.
Prior to joining Rural Health Alliance. Fullmer worked as a Regional Director for Intalere GPO serving the upper Midwest. Prior to Intalere. Fullmer held a position as territory manager for Verathon Medical, responsible for the sale and training of diagnostic capital equipment and medical devices to various departments within hospitals. Previously, Fullmer held the position of clinical representative for Ethicon (Johnson & Johnson), responsible for negotiations of materials management and purchasing acquisitions, facilitating staff inservicing, managing budgets and coordinating resident clinical training. During his tenure with Ethicon, Fullmer was recognized for exemplary performance with the Division Rookie of the Year award and two Division Most Valuable Representative awards. Fullmer’s extensive 18 year background in the healthcare industry also includes a role in the pharmaceuticals arena as clinical sales representative for Astra Zeneca-Innovex Pharmaceuticals.
Fullmer earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of North Dakota.
Sally Anderson
Account Manager
Sally Anderson is a Client Service Manager at Rural Health Alliance. Sally has 20+ years working in distribution and Materials Management for both acute and non-acute healthcare organizations. She resides in Alexandria, MN, with her husband. She loves to be outdoors, but really enjoys going out on the pontoon as often as possible.
Caleigh Mehnert
Client Service & Operations Specialist
Caleigh Mehnert is a Client Service & Operations Specialist at Rural Health Alliance. She manages all Vizient contract enrollments for members, works closely with many RHA accounts, is actively engaged in marketing, social media & member communications, and assists with various administrative projects. She graduated from NDSU with a BA in Strategic Communication. Caleigh is excited to continue being part of RHA’s commitment to dedicated customer service.
